About the role — Webflow Designer (full time)

You will be responsible for designing and building webpages in Webflow — from idea and concept to launch. You must therefore have a combination of strong design skills, an understanding of user experience, and a technical peace of mind in the Webflow ecosystem.

You get to work closely with both creative and strategic team members, but also need to be able to take ownership and work independently on your own projects.

We are looking for you as

• Have Webflow Expert Certificate or very high expertise in Webflow
• Is confident in Figma and has a good eye for layout and detail
• Understands CMS structure and knows how to build scalable systems
• Experience with responsive design, animations and interactions
• Can use styles and classes structured and professional
• Has a good understanding of branding, UX and modern design trends
• Communicates well in writing and orally — Norwegian is the working language
• Is self-motivated, responsible and likes to work on creative solutions

Bonus if you

• Have experience with GSAP, Lottie or other advanced animations
• Has made web pages nominated for awards (e.g. Awwwards, CSSDA)
• Experienced in SEO optimization and performance improvements
• Have worked in an agency or had demanding freelance projects

The working language is Norwegian. We are open to applicants from all over the world, as long as you have good availability in European time zones.
